14 Weeks

I can not believe how fast time is flying.  We are still waiting to find out the sex of our little sweetie so we can start shopping, shopping and more shopping!!!  We had an OB appointment this past Monday. {Oh how I love them these days!}  We got to hear Little L's heartbeat, which was 160 bmp and he/she is growing like a weed.  This week he/she is the size of orange.  :)

Our next appointment is set for December 14, when we will FINALLY find out what Little L is!!! I can't WAIT!! Oh, and let the shopping begin!!!!!  YAY!!! I will apologize now, Sorry Mr. Spouse!

How far along? 14 Weeks
Total weight gain: Still none.
Maternity clothes? Pants! Just can't squeeze my belly into my jeans anymore.
Stretch marks? Not yet, Thank goodness!
Sleep: still sleeping great. 

Best moment this week: Watching my belly grow. 

Miss Anything? A nice glass of wine or margarita!
Movement: not feeling any yet.
Food cravings: sweets and my usual mexican food. But whats new, those are always my cravings.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope. :)
Labor Signs: No
Symptoms: stuffy nose and constantly being hungry

Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: HAPPY
Looking forward to: My 20 week appt.!!! Mr. Spouse and I can not wait to find out the gender!!!!  And Thanksgiving holidays with our families.

13 Weeks

 

How far along? 13 Weeks
Total weight gain: After todays OB appt.  ZERO!!!
Maternity clothes? Pants! Just can't squeeze my belly into my jeans anymore. 
Stretch marks? Not yet, Thank goodness!
Sleep: still sleeping great.  Just got my snoogle in the mail! The best body pillow ever!!
Best moment this week: Went to the Dr. today and got to hear sweet little L's heartbeat again.   Music to our ears!
Miss Anything? A nice glass of wine or margarita!
Movement: not feeling any yet.
Food cravings: sweets and my usual mexican food.  But whats new, those are always my cravings.

Double Digits

We are finally into the double digits! 10 Weeks today!! Little L is the size of a prune. {1.5 inches} So fun!  We had our 2nd OB appointment today! It went wonderful! We got to see and {hear} little L's heartbeat! We had another sonogram.  Little L was bouncing and tossing around! It was so fun to see.  We got our 2nd pictures of the little sweetie as well!  Here is a sneak peak as Little Laymance.

Total weight gain/loss: Not sure yet. :)Maternity clothes? Had to run to target and purchase a belly band for my jeans!


Sleep: Like normal! :)


Best moment this week: Getting our 2nd sonogram and seeing and recieving lil Laymance's 2nd  pictures. It was so neat! We also got to hear the heartbeat and see him/her bounce around.

Miss Anything? Coke

 

Movement: He/She was moving on the ultrasound, but I can't feel any movements.

Food cravings: The usual...chips and hot sauce

Another Chapter of Our Life...

So today was a FABulous day in {The Life of A Laymance}!!!  Scotty and I are expecting our first baby!!!!! We are elated!! We have wanted this for some time now and now the timing is just right.  I am so thrilled about the journey we about to experience.  From the pregnancy to the BIG day it is going to be wonderful for my family and I. 

After my first visit to my doctor today the expected arrival day for {little L} is May 3, 2012. 

 

How far along?  7 weeks

Total weight gain/loss:  Not sure yet. :)
Maternity clothes? Had to run to target and purchase a belly band for my jeans!


Sleep: Like normal! :)


Best moment this week: Getting our first sonogram and seeing and recieving lil Laymance's first pictures.  It was so neat!
